250 mm Floating E-Bike Brake Rotor Kit
Upgrade your electric dirt bike's front braking setup with this 250 mm oversized floating brake rotor kit. The 2.3 mm braking ring offers increased thermal mass and braking leverage compared with smaller standard rotors, while the floating construction allows the stainless braking ring and aluminium carrier to manage heat independently.
The kit includes the rotor, a black caliper relocation adapter and the pictured mounting hardware. It is intended for compatible Sur-Ron, Segway, Talaria and E-Ride Pro applications using the matching six-bolt hub and fork/caliper mounting arrangement.
Rotor Size: 250 mm / 9.8 in outside diameter; 2.3 mm / 0.09 in thick.
Construction: 20CR13 stainless-steel outer braking ring with a 7075 aluminium-alloy inner carrier.
Fitment Check Required: Oversized rotors require the correct caliper offset. Compare the supplied adapter, fork type, hub bolt pattern and existing brake setup with the listing photographs before ordering.
Compatibility Guide
This 250 mm six-bolt rotor format is commonly used as a front brake upgrade on the following electric dirt-bike platforms when the hub, fork and caliper-adapter dimensions match:
- Sur-Ron: Light Bee X / LBX.
- Segway: X160 and X260.
- Talaria: Sting MX3, Sting R MX4 and XXX / X3.
- E-Ride Pro: Pro S and Pro SS 2.0 compatible front setups.
Important: Compatibility varies by model year and fork type, including DNM, KKE, Fastace and RST arrangements. The included adapter is not guaranteed to fit every fork or aftermarket caliper. This listing is not for Sur-Ron Ultra Bee, Talaria MX5 or E-Ride Pro SS 3.0/SR unless the buyer has independently confirmed every mounting dimension.

Installation & Safety
Brake-system work is safety-critical and should be completed by a competent technician. Confirm hub and adapter dimensions before installation, use the correct fastener grade and thread-locking method, torque all hardware to the vehicle or component manufacturer's specification, verify full pad contact and free rotor rotation, and bed in the rotor and pads before aggressive riding. Never ride if the rotor rubs, flexes, contacts the fork or spokes, or does not align fully with the caliper.
