To be able to use this controller you must use the throttle that comes together with the throttle, you must switch on the ignition key and then display will turn on automatically.

Throttle its part of the kit for both options as its mandatory to turn on the controller

If you'd  like to get the display you must select option Sabvoton+ UKC1 Display ,otherwise you'll get only controller and throttle. 

PLEASE NOTE: This controller support any plug and play display on APT Protocol
