Replacement rubber-sealed ball bearings for Bafang motor repairs where the original bearing code and dimensions match. Choose 6001RS, 16002RS or 16003RS from the variation selector.

Bearing Sizes & Compatibility Guide

Sizes are inside diameter × outside diameter × width. Motor models below are documented applications, subject to the original bearing marking, position and motor revision.

Bearing	Size	Application Guide
6001RS	12 × 28 × 8 mm	Documented on Bafang BF1808H66200-1 rear hub motor, disc-side bearing, and RM G010.250.D hub motor. Confirm the original bearing is 12 × 28 × 8 mm. Mid-drive fitment is not assumed.
16002RS	15 × 32 × 8 mm	Used in Bafang BBS01/BBS02 service assemblies; BBS02 Version B pinion support is documented. Check the 15 × 32 × 8 mm bearing at the required position.
16003RS	17 × 35 × 8 mm	Used in Bafang BBS01/BBS02 drive assemblies and documented in BBSHD overhauls. Check the original 17 × 35 × 8 mm bearing and its position.

Match the original bearing before ordering. Bafang motors use different bearings at different positions and across revisions. 6001RS is 12 × 28 × 8 mm; it is a different width from 16001RS (12 × 28 × 7 mm). 16002RS is not the same width as 6002, and 16003RS is not the same width as 6003. Model name alone does not establish fit.

Installation

Check the old bearing code, dimensions, seal arrangement and required bearing clearance before fitting. Have the motor serviced by a competent technician using suitable bearing removal and installation tools.
